Isle House at Treasure Island

Client
Webcor
Location

Project Overview

Isle House is a 22-story luxury residential tower on Treasure Island. It’s the first waterfront high-rise on the island. CWI installed manual shades in all 250 apartments and draperies in amenity spaces. During the bid phase, CWI brought physical samples to the job site, performed onsite trade coordination, and met with Webcor personnel. Webcor recognized CWI’s subject-matter expertise and subsequently awarded us this high-profile project.

Overcoming Project Challenges

Compressed Schedule
CWI was brought on specifically because of our expertise and size to meet compressed schedule demands and challenging install conditions.
Safety
Repetitive overhead work was mitigated with exoskeletons and job duty rotations. Our safety coordinator spent considerable time onsite.
Concrete Decking
The concrete deck cured to 12,000 PSI, exceeding the expected 6,000 PSI. CWI partnered with Hilti to adjust tooling to new conditions. CWI created custom mounting brackets to ensure secure fastening.
